We advise and represent our clients (which are not only composed of physicians) on all legal matters according to the professional regulations and provide support on performance and reimbursement issues, which primarily occur in recourse proceedings and in the framework of performance auditing.
We have repeatedly represented doctors on the above matters before institutional review boards (Control and Appeals Committee) and in following legal disputes.
In addition to successful legal representation of our clients in the field of medical malpractise law in court we have obtained out-of-court settlements as well.
Certainly, we also advise physicians on amendments of anticorruption compliance (§§ 299a und 299b StGB).
