Compliance
We advise and support our clients in all areas of healthcare compliance. This includes the analysis and legal structuring of contractual relationships between enterprises and service providers i.e. doctors, pharmacists and so forth. Additionally, we review the compliance of individual advertising measures with the code of conducts and anticorruption guidelines. Naturally we actively assist during the development of an individual compliance system or whilst bringing the existing system in line with the continuously changing legal parameters. The result is always a pragmatic solution.
Wolfgang Kozianka and Michael Weidner have accompanied the origin of the AKG-code from the very beginning. Thus, our clients benefit from many years of expertise. Close association to large pharmaceutical enterprises which engage in research provides us with a deeper knowledge of internal processes, this is of great value for our legal consulting.
